Please note the following procedures for student records requests.

Parents/guardians requesting records can do so in person at the school.  A records request form is completed and ID verified.  Parents/guardians can release this information as he/she sees fit.

In the event that someone besides the parent/guardian requests records, there are three options for providing the records.

  1. A court order is provided to produce the records.  If a parent/guardian consent is not included, the parent/guardian is to be notified.; or

  2. A court subpoena is issued to produce the records. If a parent/guardian consent is not included, the parent/guardian is to be notified.; or

  3. A notarized authorization for information release is provided by a lawyer's office along with the parent/guardians identification.
