Evans County Schools Food & Nutrition Services program is comprised of over 20 employees working in 2 cafeterias. These dedicated employees serve over 1600 lunches and over 1300 breakfasts each school day. Food and Nutrition Services operates on a fiscally sound basis within our district, while paying for all direct expenses, administrative costs, utilities and garbage pick-up. Evans County Schools participate in the USDA's Breakfast and Lunch Programs.

We are pleased to inform you that the Evans County School District will continue to implement the National School Lunch and School Breakfast Programs utilizing the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for School Year 2023-24. All enrolled students of Evans County Schools are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch at school at no charge to your household each day of the 2023-24 school year. Here is more information about the school lunch and breakfast program.

We are excited to offer our parents pre-pay services! For a small annual fee, parents may use the secure site to make payments and monitor their student's account. Please visit the Lunch prepay link to the left of this page, or you may contact Dr. Tonya Blocker at 912-739-1336.

Insufficient Funds Policy

When the Evans County School Food Service Program receives 2 insufficient funded checks on an account, the program will no longer accept checks as the method of payment for meal program purchases for the current school year.
