  NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

OF PUBLIC HEARING

FOR FY 2025 BUDGET HEARINGS FOR THE EVANS COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION


The Evans County Board of Education is in the process of adopting a budget for FY 2025.

All concerned citizens are invited to two public budget hearings on the

FY 2025 proposed annual operating budget to be held

at the Evans County Board of Education Central Office on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 5:30 pm and

on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 5:30 pm.



The FY 2025 Proposed Tentative Budget can be viewed on the Evans County Board of

Education website, www.evans.k12.ga.us, by clicking on the District Financial link on the Our

District drop down menu.


The FY 2025 Approved Tentative Budget will be adopted at the regular board meeting at the

Evans County Board of Education Central Office on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 6:00 pm. The FY

2025 Approved Tentative Budget will then be advertised on the Evans County Board of

Education website, www.evans.k12.ga.us.


The Evans County Board of Education plans to adopt the FY 2025 Final Budget at the regular

board meeting at the Evans County Board of Education Central Office on Monday, June 10,

2024 at 6:00 pm.
