Students with Disabilities Survey
Parents of students with disabilities are asked to complete a survey from the state. The purpose of the survey is to gain parents’ perspective on how well the school collaborates and engages with families. Once complied, survey data is reported to the district to determine areas of improvement for parent involvement and engagement within the schools.
The survey is available in English and Spanish. Please remember to complete the demographics information so the response is more accurate. Each parent or guardian of a student with a disability is asked to complete a survey for each child with a disability.
